摘  要:医学免疫学是生命科学中的前沿学科,是医学专业一门重要的基础医学必修课程,进展更新快,内容抽象、逻辑性强,使初学者普遍感到难以接受。文章以体液免疫应答为例,采用滚动联系、多媒体教学结合传统板书方式、比喻、联系临床、培养创新思维、总结归纳等教学方法,激发学生学习的兴趣,调动学生学习的积极性,有效提高医学免疫学理论教学质量。As a frontier subject in life science, medical immunology is one of the compulsory courses of basic medical education. It is characterized by the rapid development, the abstract and logical theory. Therefore, students generally find it difficult to understand. This paper, taking humoral immunity for an example, adopts such teaching methods as rolling contact, combining multimedia and tra- ditional teaching methods, analogy, connection to clinical practices, cuhivating culture innovation thinking, summing up etc. to stimu- late students' interest and to arouse their enthusiasm in learning, thus effectively improving the theory - teaching quality of medical immunology.
