摘　　要：根据建立起来的《制盐工业标准体系研究报告》的要求,针对目前国内品种盐生产对品种盐开发、品种盐标准制修订及质量管理的需要,借鉴国外经验以促进我国品种盐产品开发及质量的逐步提升。文章主要对当前国内外品种盐生产的发展与现状进行了较全面的论述与客观分析,提出了我国品种生产存在的问题以及今后的发展方向。According to the requirements of ＂ research report of salt industry standard system ＂,the need of the quality management of varieties products of salt in our country and combining with the experiences of quality management of varieties products of salt in foreign countries , this paper analyzes recent development situation and status quo of the varieties products of salt in domestic and abroad comprehensively and objectively and proposes the existing problems of the production of varieties products of salt in our country and the future developing direction.
