摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的快速发展,研究生教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。研究生扩招政策的实施使研究生数量逐年递增,这个特定人群的内在和外在特征,使研究生心理健康状况不容乐观。研究生心理健康问题已经成为影响研究生健康成长的一个大问题,越来越引起社会各界的广泛关注。做好研究生心理健康工作是研究生人才培养工作中极其重要的环节。本文深入分析当前研究生的心理健康问题及其成因,并提出提高研究生心理健康水平的对策。With the rapid development of higher education, graduate education is facing new opportunities and chal- lenges. Graduate enrollment policy implementation so that the number of students has increased, this particular crowd intrinsic and extrinsic characteristics that make graduate mental health is not optimistic. Graduate mental health prob- lems have an impact on the healthy growth of students as a big problem getting aroused widespread concern. Doing graduate work at the postgraduate mental health personnel training is extremely important aspects. This article in-depth analysis of the current graduate mental health problems and their causes, and propose to increase the level of graduate mental health measures.
