航海类本科院校双师型师资队伍建设的对策

摘　　要：培养具有国际竞争力的航海人才,关键在于拥有一支高素质的双师型师资队伍。本文以集美大学为例,在深入探讨航海类本科院校双师型教师的内涵,深刻分析师资队伍现状的基础上,提出了推进航海教育立法、建章立制、分层分类加大自有教师培养力度、坚持引进教师多渠道和坚持教师来源多元化等五个加强师资队伍建设方面的对策。The crucial point about cultivating the international competitiveness of marine talents is that having a team of high-quality double-teacher teachers. In this paper, taking Jimei university as an example, five countermeasures of double type navigation colleges＇ teachers construction is put forward on the base of thorough discussing the connotations of the double type navigation colleges teachers and analyzing the teaching staff current situation. It suggests the maritime education legislati carrying on introducing teachers through on, establishing rules, strengthening own teachers training hierarchically, multi-channels and promoting the diversity of the sources of teachers.
