摘  要:食品安全作为社会公共安全的重要组成部分,关系到社会稳定和老百姓的切身利益。我国食品安全问题层出不穷,开展食品安全责任归属研究,对改善我国食品安全管理工作,保障生命健康与安全有重要意义。结合我国食品企业现状,本文对国外法规中食品安全责任归属进行了分析及比对,阐述了我国食品安全管理体系中现存问题,提出了积极建议,希望为我国食品安全治理提供借鉴。Food safety is an important part of public safety, related to the social stability and vital interests of people. The food safety issues emerge in endlessly in China. It is great significance to research food safety responsibility attribution in foreign food laws and regulations, in order to improve the food safety management and protect the life and health. According to the present status of food enterprises in China, the food safety responsibility attribution in foreign food laws and regulations was analyzed and compared. Some issues of the food safety management systems in China were explained, and some positive suggestions were proposed, looking forward to providing a reference for China's food safety governance.
