摘  要:目的:探讨多药耐药相关蛋白1(MRPl)在常见人肿瘤细胞的表达。方法:培养K562、A549、SCK;7901和SGC7901/VCR细胞,RT-PCR检测ABCClmRNA的表达;SABC法检测MRPl蛋白的表达。结果:4种细胞均有ABCClmRNA的表达,SCK27901/VCR细胞的ABCClmRNA水平显著高于SCX27901细胞;SGC7901/VCR细胞MRPl表达显著高于SGC7901。结论:ABCC1/MRP1可能参与SGC7901细胞获得性多药耐药。Objective: The expression of multidrug resistance associated protein 1 (MRP1) in common human tumor cells was investigated. Methods: K562, A549, SCa27901 and SGC7901/VCR cells were cultured. The expression of ABCC1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR1 The expression of MRP1 was tested by immunoeytochemistry. Results: There were ABCC1 expression in K562, A549, SGC7901 and SCK27901/VCR cells. The expression level of ABCC1 mRNA in SGC7901/VCR cells was higher than that in SGC7901 cells. The average of optical density was (0.73±0.21), (0.60±0.18), (1.23±0.34), (1.90±0.26) in K562, A549, SGC7901, SGC7901/VCR cells respectively. The expression level of MRP1 in SGC7901/VCR cells was higher than that in SGC7901 cells. Conclusion: The expression of ABCC1/MRP1 was found in K562, A549, SGC7901 and SGC7901/VCR cells. And there was ABCC1/MRP1 in acquired multidrug-resistance of SGC7901 cells.
