摘 要:目的了解合理膳食指导工作效果,探索评价方法,为今后此工作开展提供指导。方法对近4 a来受过指导的居民进行分组,随机抽样,对基本营养知晓率进行问卷调查,食用油、食盐摄入量采用连续3 d入户调查,并用excel 2003整理,利用SPSS12.0统计分析。结果居民基本营养知识知晓率由2009年的27.7%上升到2012年的76.1%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=211.8,P<0.05),城市高于农村,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=23.19,P<0.05);食用油、食盐摄入量由2009年的34.7 g、12.8 g下降到2012年32.6 g、11.2 g,分别下降2.1 g、1.6 g。结论居民合理膳食指导工作取得了一定成效,但应扩大合理膳食指导的覆盖面,多种途径进行宣传,从根本上改变居民的不良饮食习惯和膳食结构。Objective Understand the effects of a reasonable dietary guidance work and explore evaluation methods in order to provide guidance for carrying out the work. Methods Group and random sampling the received guidance residents of the past four years. Conduct a questionnaire survey of basic nutrition knowledge rate and a household survey of edible oil, salt intake for three consecutive days, and use the EXCEL 2003 to collate data and use SPSS 12.0 to perform the statistic analysis. Results The residents basic nutrition knowledge rate rose from 27.7 % in 2009 to 76.1% in 2012, and the differences between them have statistical significance (X2=211.8,P 〈 0.05). Urban residents basic nutrition knowledge rate higher than in rural areas, and the differences between them have statistical significance 0(2=23.19 ,P〈0.05 ). Edible oil intake down from 34.7 g in 2009 to 32.6 g in 2012, and edible salt intake down froml2.8 g in 2009 to 11.2 gram in 2012, they were dropped 2.1 g, 1.6 g respectively. Conclusions The residents reasonable dietary guidance work achieved some success, but should expand coverage of reasonable dietary guidance and publicize with a variety of ways in order to change fundamentally residents bad eating habits and dietary patterns.
