摘　　要：《加拿大语言标准》是基于交际语言能力理论,描述在或可能到加拿大的成人移民在学习、社区和工作环境中的学习或使用英语的语言能力,但不局限于此范围。听力标准既有优点也有瑕疵。＂Canadian Language Benchmarks＂ draws on the the- ories of communicative language ability, describes the lan- guage ability of adult immigrants or potential immigrants to Canada learning or using English in community, study and work contexts, but it is not restricted to this scope. There are strengths as well as weaknesses with the benchmarks for the skill of listening.
