摘　　要：十八大报告中提出要注重人文关怀和心理疏导,对工会工作提出了新的要求,高校工会应把人文关怀和心理疏导作为工会工作的重要领域,在关注教职工心理健康,提高教职工心理素质等方面做进一步的思考与理论探讨,提出切合实际的解决方案。It is put forward in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that great importance should be attached to humanistic care and psychological counseling, which has proposed new re- quirements for labor union work. Therefore, college labor unions should regard humanistic care and psychological counseling as an important part of their work, make further reflections and the- oretical explorations on the psychological health and quality of the teaching staff, and propose feasible solutions.
