六所大学临床医学生就业倾向调查分析

摘　　要：目的 了解不同学制、不同地区临床医学生的就业意向.方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取国内6所医学院校的四年级及以上的临床医学生作为研究对象.通过自填式问卷调查1354名临床医学生的就业意向及其影响因素.结果46.5％（620/1333）的学生选择经济发达城市作为就业地区,上海4所院校的学生选择生源地的比例（45.5％,363/797）高于中山大学和中南大学的学生（34.5％,185/536）;81.3％（1078/1326）者首选大型公立医院为就业选择对象,研究生选择大型公立医院的比例更高（88.0％,581/660）;51％（667/1302）的学生期望月薪在4000元以上,男生（54.6％,332/608）比女生（47.9％,335/700）期望高,研究生（57.9％,377/651）比本科生（44.1％,290/657）期望高.结论临床医学生的就业期望过于依赖大城市和大医院,国家和医学院校要引导学生转变就业观念,以期实现顺利就业.Objective To survey the employment intention of medical students in different universities in China. Methods A total of 1354 fourth-year or above medical students from 6 medical universities in China were selected for survey by random cluster sampling. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the basic information of students and their employment intention. Results Overall 46. 5% （620/1333） of all students choose cities in economically-developed region as their desired working sites. 45.5% （363/797） of students studying in 4 Shanghai medical universities and 34. 5% （185/536） in other 2 non-Shanghai universities would first choose their original cities as working sites, respectively. 81.3% （1078/1326） of students preferred working in large public hospital, especially for those studying for higher degrees （88.0%, 581/660）. 51% of undergraduates expected 4000 RMB as monthly pay for graduation. Male students （54. 6%, 332/608） expected more income than female （47.9%, 335/700）, graduates （ 57.9% , 377/651 ） expected higher payment than undergraduates （ 44. 1% , 290/657） . Conclusion The survey shows that medical students in China mainly prefer cities and large public hospitals as working sites for their career development.
