摘　　要：以无锡城市职业技术学院设立的江苏省高职院校首家博士后创新实践基地为例,介绍实践基地立项建设的基本情况,总结实践基地管理经验,分析实践基地目前存在的主要问题和原因,提出加强实践基地建设的具体措施,为高职院校博士后创新实践基地的发展提供借鉴和参考。同时依托博士后创新实践基地高层次科研平台,分析研究其对高职院校产学研结合、科技成果转化的影响,对相关学科专业群建设、师资队伍科研能力发展和学生技能创新能力培养等方面的辐射作用,为引领高职院校科研发展提供软实力支撑。This paper taking the first postdoctoral innovation practice base in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province as an example, introduces the basic information of the practice base construction, summarizes the practice base management experience, analyzes the existing main problems and reasons of the practice base, puts forward specific measures to strengthen the construction of practice base, provides reference for development of postdoctoral innovation practice base construction in higher vocational colleges. Relying on the postdoctoral innovation practice base high-level scientific research platform, at the same time, it analyzes and researches the collaboration between higher vocational colleges, the influence of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the radiation effect on professional group of related disciplines construction, teachers＂ scientific research ability development and students＂ innovation ability training skills, provides the soft power support for the development of scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
