摘 要:目的掌握清远市淡水鱼中香港海鸥形菌污染状况,为防止食源性香港海鸥形菌病的发生和流行提供科学依据。方法香港海鸥形菌的分离鉴定参照广东省地方标准:DB44/T372-2006淡水鱼中香港海鸥形菌检验进行。KB纸片扩散法作耐药性测定。结果 240份淡水鱼检出香港海鸥形菌40株,检出率为16.67%,其中,草鱼检出率为22.77%,罗非鱼、鲤鱼、鳙鱼、鲮鱼、鲂鱼、鲫鱼检出率分别为18.75%、16.67%、14.81%、12.50%、10.00%、8.00%,鲢鱼中未分离到香港海鸥形菌。结论清远市存在香港海鸥形菌污染源,建议相关监督部门加大淡水鱼的管理力度,防止香港海鸥形菌病在本市的发生和传播。Objective To find out the practical situation of Laribacter hongkongensis contamination in freshwater fishes in Qingyuan city, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention of food - borne infection by Laribacter hongkongensis. Methods The isolation and identification of Laribacter hongkongensis was in accordance with DB44/T372 - 2006, Examination of Laribact- er Hongkongenesis in freshwater fish. K - B method was used for drug sensitivity tests. Results Forty strains of Laribacter hongkongensis were isolated from the 240 freshwater fish samples. The over - all positive rate was 16.67%. The detection rate of Laribacter hongkongensis was 22.77% in grass fish, 18.75% in tilapia, 16.67% in carp, 14.81% in bighead, 12.50% in dace, 10.00% in gumard, 8.00% in crucian carp, but no Laribacter hongkongensis was found in the silver carp. Conclusion There exists contamination source of Laribacter hongkongensis in Qingynan city. Related monitoring departments should strength- en supervision on freshwater fishes to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of Laribacter hongkongensis in Qingyuan city.
