摘 要:采用化学发光法研究了平阴4个不同品种的玫瑰花的抗氧化活性。采用水提取玫瑰花,通过三种化学发光体系探讨了玫瑰花的水提物体外清除超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和过氧化氢的能力。结果表明,4种玫瑰花水提物均能有效地清除O-2·、HO·和H2O2,不同品种的玫瑰花水提物对不同的自由基清除效果不同,其中格拉斯对O-2的清除效果最好,丰花对H2O2的清除效果最好,紫枝对HO·的清除效果最好。紫枝和丰花对HO·的清除效果优于维生素C,具有较强的抗氧化活性,黄酮含量与O-2的清除率之间有相关性。The antioxidant capacity of four kinds of rose in Pingyin was investigated by chemiluminescence.Roses were extracted by water,then scavenging abilities in vitro on O2-·,HO · and H2O2 were determined by three chemiluminescence systems.The results showed that the rose extracts had good scavenging activity on O2-·,HO · and H2O2,but different samples had different antioxidative activity and it was related to its components.The scavenging capacity of Gelasi on O2-was the best,the scavenging capacity of rosa rugosa ‘ fenghua' on H2O2 was the best,rosa rugosa ‘ zizhi' was the best of scavenging capacity on HO · The scavenging activity of rosa rugosa ‘ fenghua' on HO · was better than VC.The co-relationship analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between flavonoid content and O2-scavenging activity.
