摘　　要：大学生领导力研究日益引起领导学界的关注,国外大学生领导力研究已比较成熟,但我国大学生领导力研究还处于起步阶段。基于开放式问卷调查、访谈和词汇问卷调查,构建大学生领导力模型,其中包括五个维度:领导感召力、领导决断力、领导前瞻力、领导影响力、领导控制力。The research on college students leadership increasingly amused the concern of the leadership research field, overseas students leadership research has been relatively mature, but the university student leadership research in China is still in its infancy. Through open questionnaire investigation, interview and questionnaire, and vocabulary questionnaire, we can build students＂ leadership model, including leadership charisma, decisive leadership, leadership foresight force, leadership influence and leadership control five dimensions.
