摘　　要：非学历证书考试属性是其本质的外在表现。作为一项检验或甄别考生是否达标并授予相应证书的活动,非学历证书考试具有科学属性、教育属性和产业属性。三者相互影响,相互促进,构成了一个不可分割的整体。The attribute of non-degree certification examination is the outward manifestation of its essence. As an activity of detecting or measuring examinees＇ ability which is up to the criterion and awarding the certification, non- degree certification examination has scientific attribute, educational attribute and industrial attribute, which is interacting and mutual promoting as an undivided whole.
