摘　　要：从分析城市规划专业实行本科生导师制的条件入手,在分析常规本科生导师制模式存在问题的基础上,结合城市规划专业的特点提出了"全程阶段式本科生导师制"模式,并对该模式运行的过程进行了阐述,以期切实增强学生的创造性和实践性。Starting from analyzing the conditions of running tutorial system of undergraduate majoring in city planning, based on analyzing general tutorial system problems of undergraduate, combining with features of city planning major, the paper puts forward ＂phase-type tutorial system of undergraduate＂ mode, and describes its running process, with a view to strengthen students＇ creativity and practicality.
