培养紫色非硫细菌生产类胡萝卜素的试验研究

摘　　要：研究了主要培养条件对一株紫色非硫细菌的生长和积累类胡萝卜素的影响；并在１０Ｌ培养 装置中，经 ９６ｈ光照、好氧分批培养，获得菌体干重 ７８．９ｇ／Ｌ和类胡萝卜素 ３２．４ｍｇ／ｇ干菌体。We studied the effect of main culture conditions on a strain of non-sde purple bacteria's growth and the quantity of cartenoid produced; Put the bacteria into a culture vessel of 10L. After 96 hours' illumination and aerobic batch culturing, we got dry thalli weighed 7. 89g/L and carotenoid dry thalli weighed 32.4mg/g.
