YOGA护眼疗法对青少年假性近视的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察YOGA护眼疗法对青少年假性近视的临床疗效．方法将符合纳入标准的136名7～15岁青少年假性近视患者作为研究对象，YOGA护眼疗法为试验组，眼保健操组为对照组，比较两组研究对象视力恢复情况．结果对照组3个月后视力高于试验前，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；试验组3个月后视力高于试验前，差异非常显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；试验组3个月后治疗效果明显高于对照组试验后，两组疗效差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），结论通过YOGA护眼疗法练习的试验组恢复效果明显高于对照组及试验前，表明YOGA护眼疗法对青少年假性近视恢复具有显著疗效．Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of YOGA eye exercise on juvenile pseudomyopia. Method 136 juvenile patients with pseudomyopia who met the inclusion criteria and aged from 7 to 15 years old were chosen as the research subjects. YOGA eye exercise is test group and eye exercises is control group, and the visual recovery of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The vision of patients in the control group after three months eye exercise was higher than that before the exercise, but the difference was not significant statistically （P 〉 0.05 ）. The vision of patients in the experimental group after three months YOGA eye exercise was higher than that before the exercise, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. The efficacy of YOGA eye exercise was better significantly. The difference in the efficacy between the two groups was very significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The vision recovery of patients with YOGA eye exercise in the experimental group after three months YOGA eye exercise was significantly better than that in the control group and that in the experimental group before the exercise, indicating that YOGA eye exercise has a significant effect on the recovery of juvenile pseudomyopia.
