摘 要:目的:调查肿瘤科护士胜任力现状,并探讨其影响因素,提出相应对策。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对三级甲等综合型医院的156名肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查。结果:肿瘤科护士胜任力得分均值为(152.29±16.74)分,其中护理服务得分最高,成就特征得分最低。影响肿瘤科护士胜任力的因素有职务、职称、初始学历、肿瘤科工作年限、获得护士资格证书年限等。结论:肿瘤科护士胜任力处于良好水平,科研能力、临床教学能力及PICC置入及维护技术得分在所有条目中位于后3位,需要加强培训和重视。Objective : To investigate the competency status of nurses in the department of oncology and analyze the influencing factors in order to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods : A self - designed questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire sur- vey on 156 nurses in the department of oncology of a certain general hoaspital at the level of grade III- class A. Results:The average scores of the competency of nurses in the department of oneology were 152.29 and 16.74 points1of them the scores of nursing service were the highest and the scores of achievement features were the lowest. The factors affecting the competency of nurses were post j title, initial degree of education, working years in the department and the years to have got the certificate of nurse qualification. Conclusion : The competency of nurses in the department of oncology is good, the scores of scientific research ability i clinical teaching ability and PICC technique ranks the last 3 positions of all items. Therefore the training in these aspects should be strengthened.
