层次培训模式在住院医师规范化培训中的效果评估

摘　　要：目的评估层次培训模式在住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法将新入职应届毕业生按照学历分为初、中、高三个级别,各级别接受不同年限培训,以住院医师规范化培训考核成绩对层次培训的效果进行反馈评估。结果培训总合格率在85.83%,初级、中级、高级合格率分别为88.89%,84.00%,84.62%。具有研究生学历的培训人员中,专业型学位的毕业生通过率高于科学学位人员。结论按照学历划分的层次培训模式在住院医师规范化培训中具有可行性和有效性。Objective To evaluate the effect of level training system in clinical residency standardized training. Methods According to their educational background, trainees were stratified into three groups of base, middle and high level. Trainees in different groups received different years of training. Results of clinical residency standardized training examination were used to evaluate the effect of level training system. Results The total qualification rate was 85.83% （88.89% in base level, 84.00% in middle level and, 84.62% in high level）. Qualification rate was higher in trainees who had a background of professional graduate degree than that of science academic degree. Conclusion It＇ s feasible and effective to apply level training system in clinical residency standardized training.
