摘 要:以小麦 -中间偃麦草二体异附加系 L1的衍生系 PP9- 1为黄矮病抗源 ,从 [( PP9- 1/陕 7859/ /丰抗 8号 ) F1× ( 3×丰抗 13号 / Khapli) F4 ]杂交组合 F2 代花药培养再生植株中选育出一个抗黄矮病小麦新品系 YW2 4 3。经黄矮病毒田间接种鉴定 ,细胞学分析 ,GISH和 RFL P分子标记检测 ,结果表明 :该系高抗黄矮病毒 GPV、 GAV株系 ,体细胞染色体数目为 2 n=4 2 ,花粉母细胞减数分裂中期 染色体构型为 2 n=2 1 ,遗传上稳定 ,是小麦 -中间偃麦草 7DS· 7DL- 7XL易位系 ,易位发生在 7DL的端部 ,携有一对来自中间偃麦草的 BYDV抗性基因。中国农科院植保所鉴定结果同时表明 :YW2 4 3兼抗小麦黄矮病、白粉病、条锈病、秆锈病和叶锈病等 5种病害 ,是一个优良多抗材料。The wheat line YW243 with BYDV resistance which come from the derivative PP9 1 of Triticum aestivum Thinopyrum intermedium addition line L 1, was obtaine d by anther culture of a cross combination [(PP9 1/Shan 7859//FengKang8)F 1× (3×FengKang13/Khapli)F 4]F 2 generation. The line was tested for its BYDV re sistance in the field and cytological analysis, GISH and RFLP analysis were also conducted for this line. The results showed that YW243 with the somatic chromos ome number of 42 and 21 bivalents at MI of PMCs was a genetically stable euploid line resistant to GPV and GAV strains of BYDV. The GISH and RFLP analysis demon strated that YW243 was a Triticum aestivum Thinopyrum intermedium transloca tion line (T7DS·7DL 7XL) with a pair of BYDV resistance genes on the end of 7D L. The extensive disease resistance test was done by the Institute of Plant Pro tection, CAAS. It proved that YW243 was also a line resistant to barley yellow d warf virus, powdery mildew, stripe rust, stem rust and leaf rust and can be used as parent in breeding program for resistance to disease.
