摘　　要：血中游离DNA是一种游离于细胞外的DNA。多种病理状态下血中游离DNA的水平和组成会发生改变。肿瘤患者外周血中游离DNA水平高于正常人且可具有肿瘤细胞DNA的特征。血中游离DNA定性定量分析已开始应用于肿瘤的早期诊断、个体化治疗和预后判断等。此外,孕妇血中存在胎儿DNA,检测母体血浆中胎儿游离DNA获取胎儿遗传信息,用于产前诊断,与有创性产前诊断相比,具有无创、无痛、安全等优势。该文对血游离DNA的临床应用作简单综述。Circulating DNA refers to the DNAs present in the extracellular environment. Circulating DNAs vary in their amount and conponents under many pathological circumstances. Changes in the levels of circulating nucleic acids have been associated with tumour burden and malignant progression. In the past decade a wealth of information indicates the potential use of circulating nucleic acids for cancer screening, prognosis and monitoring of the efficacy of anticancer therapies. In addition, non-invasive prenatal diagnostic tests based on cell-free fetal DNA analysis from maternal plasma has more advantage than invasive prenatal diagnosis.
