摘 要:采用一维和三维联合仿真的方法选择汽油机歧管式催化转化器最优设计方案。通过一维数值模拟方法计算该汽油机不同转速下的性能,通过三维CFD仿真计算最大功率点该歧管式催化转化器的总压损和速度分布,综合对比了两种方案下汽油机整机性能、排气歧管流通性与均匀性、氧传感器处及催化转化器前端气流分布,基于分析结果确定歧管式催化转化器最优设计方案。The optimum design of manifold-type catalytic converter was chosen by means of 1D/3D co-simulation method.First,comparisons of engine performance under different speeds were conducted according to 1 D thermodynamic simulation results.Afterwards total pressure loss and velocity distribution in the manifold-type catalytic converter under rated condition were compared from 3D CFD simulation results.Based on the extensive comparisons in terms of engine performance,flow characteristics and uniformity of exhaust manifold,flow velocity and distribution at oxygen sensor tip and the front end of catalyst converter,the optimal design of manifold-type catalytic converter was determined.
