摘　　要：论述了知识管理与动态核心能力之间的作用与反作用关系,并阐述了动态核心能力形成的多层反馈回路模型,运用尖塔模型揭示企业动态核心能力形成与演化机理,同时提出了企业动态核心能力的提升途径。Discusses the relations of action and reaction between the dynamic core competence and knowledge manage- ment, and expounds the multilayer feedback loop model of the formation of the dynamic core competence, using the pagoda model to reveal the dynamic mechanism of the formation and evolution of the core competence, and put forward the ways to improve the dynamic core competence of enterprises.
