摘　　要：随着社会的发展,高新科技得到了前所未有的普及。网络文化在人们的工作、生活、学习中产生了日益重要的作用。网络文化对高职院校师生的价值观念和思维方式也产生了深刻的影响。为了体现高职院校的综合实力,打造和提升软实力是当前各高职院校改革和发展的重要课题。软实力主要由精神、文化、管理、制度等要素构成,网络文化作为当前文化的主要形式,对提升高职院校软实力有着重要意义。建设健康向上的网络文化环境,促进高职院校软实力的发展,提升高职院校综合发展水平是本文研究的几个要点。With the development of society,high technology has been an unprecedented popularity. Internet culture in people＇s work and life,learning to produce an increasingly important role. Network of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges and cultural values and ways of thinking also had a profound impact. In order to reflect the overall strength of vocational colleges,build and upgrade the soft power of the current reform and development of higher vocational colleges an important issue. Soft power mainly by spiritual,cultural,management,systems and other elements of composition,network culture as the main form of the current culture, to enhance the soft power of vocational colleges of great significance. Building healthy network culture environment,and promote the development of vocational colleges soft power to enhance the comprehensive development level vocational colleges are a few key points of this study.
