摘  要:化学镀铜溶液中催化剂和稳定剂的变化会影响化学镀铜的沉积速率以及表观颜色。采用某公司化学镀铜溶液进行研究。结果表明,当溶液中稳定剂质量浓度较高时,化学镀铜层颜色变暗,沉铜速率降低;当溶液中催化剂质量浓度较高时,化学镀铜层颜色变亮,沉铜速率升高;当溶液中稳定剂质量浓度为0.8mL/L、催化剂质量浓度为4mL/L时,化学镀铜可以获得理化性能较好的淡红色的化学镀铜层。The content of catalyzer and stabilizer in the electroless copper plating solution will have a great influence on the deposition rate and color of electroless copper. In this paper, the deposition rate and color of electroless copper were investigated by using plating solution from a corporation production. The results show that when the content of stabilizer is higher in plating solution, the electroless copper color is darker and the deposition rate is slower. When the content of catalyzer is higher in solution, the electroless copper color is brighter and the deposition rate is higher. Under the stabilizer content of 0.8 mL/L and catalyzer content of 4 mL/L, electroless copper plating with better performance and damask color could be obtained.
