学术期刊数字化出版的几个问题简析

摘　　要：学术期刊数字化出版是指学术期刊以网络为载体的数字化传播方式。在以纸质载体的印刷传播方式为中心建立起的一整套法律、政策、科研体制、阅读习惯等制度体系面前,学术期刊的数字化出版还存在诸如版权认定、知识产权保护、阅读习惯、科研成果认定、期刊评价、存档与认证等一系列的问题,而出版权的认定是其中心问题。建立起一套网络出版认证制度系统是解决学术期刊数字化出版的关键所在。Digital publishing is the digital form of communication for academic journals with network as the media. Concerning the system of law, policy, research institutions, and reading habits with paper printing mode of transmission as the center, there is a series of problems such as the identification of copyrights, the protection of intellectual property rights, reading habits, identification of research achievements, periodical evaluation, archiving and certification etc. and the publishing right is the major problem. Establis- hing a certification system for network publication system is the key to solving digital publishing of academic journals.
