摘　　要：建立了专业人才培养质量与专业教师团队、教学管理团队、人才培养方案、课程体系、成才氛围环境和学生潜能激发的关系模型,根据专业特点不断优化人才培养方案,以专业核心课程体系为龙头带动全面的课程体系建设,鼓励优秀学生参加高质量的竞赛活动,以点带面,营造良好的隐性环境氛围,充分激发学生潜能,更好地实现人才培养目标.The analysis model is constructed about the relationship between quality of professional talent training and professional team of teachers, teaching management team, training program, curriculum system, talent atmosphere environment, students＇ po- tential excitation, et al. According to the characteristics of applied majors, the personnel training plan is gradually optimized; the comprehensive professional core curriculum system is promoted as the leading. Students are encouraged competition activities. A good recessive atmosphere environment is created, so as to fully stimulate the better realize the goal of cultivating talents. to take part in high quality potential of students and to
