摘 要:行星变速机构是自动变速器的核心组成,是决定自动变速器性能的关键部件。以CX31自动变速器的三行星排行星齿轮变速机构为研究对象,以单排单级和单排双级行星排的运动特性方程为依据,分析了该机构行星排的组合方式及特点,计算了其传动比。以不改变各挡变速比的条件下,对比分析了三排单级式组合结构的特点及可行性。为自主设计重型车辆自动变速器提供了一种新的思路和理论依据。Planetary gear train is the core of the automatic transmission (AT) and is the key part to decide the performance of the AT. Taking the three planetary sets of planetary gear train of CX31 as study obiect, based on the kinetic formulations of single stage planetary row and two stage planetary row, the combination manner and the characteristic of the planetary set are analyzed. Transmission ratios of different shifts are calculated respectively. Keep the transmission ratios the same in different shifts, the feature and the possibility of the three rows single stage planetary sets are studied comparably. Results after comparison supply us with a novel idea and theory in the design for heavy tracks.
