摘　　要：对我国医学院校在职研究生的英语教学现状进行了分析,认为要提高医学院校在职研究生的英语水平和学位英语通过率,必须采取相应的措施来应对,授课教师和学生必须共同努力才能提高英语教学的效率和学生的英语统考通过率。This paper cultivates the status of English teaching for in-service graduate students in medi- cal colleges and universities and maintains that five measures should be taken in order to improve the students＇ English proficiency and their passing rate of the general English examination for applicants with education background equivalent to college graduates applying for master＇s degree.
