摘　　要：探讨基础医学课程中实行临床案例教学,让学生早期接触临床案例,并参与案例的讨论,从而培养学生临床思维能力。In this paper, the authors try to explore the clinical case teaching in basic medical course to let students contact with clinical cases early, discuss and participate in the case, as to cultivate students＇ ability of clinical thinking.
