韩资企业高层管理团队的构建对中国企业跨国经营的启示

摘　　要：中国企业"走出国门"、"海外并购"屡屡受挫,收益甚微。而诸多韩国企业成功登陆中国市场,顺利开展国际业务,硕果颇丰。基于企业高层管理团队构建的视角,对比中国与韩国的高层管理团队的差距,借鉴韩国企业成功经验,总结中国企业高层管理团队在跨国经营中应当具备的特质,培养中国企业自己的跨国经营型管理人才。Chinese enterprises are frustrated and get very little return through overseas mergers, but many Korean companies successfully landed on the Chinese market, developed international business, making fruitful achieve- ment. Based on the construction of Top management team, compared to the gap of top management teams between China and South Korea, we have summed up China top management teams in multinational operations by learning the successful experience of Korean companies. We should cultivate the talents of China＇ s multinational enterprises with qualities of top management team.
