摘 要:[目的]调查护士职业高原、工作绩效的现状及二者的相关性,为提高护士工作绩效提供有价值的参考。[方法]采用问卷调查法,应用职业高原问卷、工作绩效问卷对4所医院382名护士进行调查。[结果]护士职业高原总分为(2.92±0.63)分,处在潜高原状态;护士工作绩效总分为(3.36±0.62)分,略高于中等水平;护士职业高原与工作绩效呈负相关(P<0.01);工龄、职称、层级高原、中心化高原是预测护士工作绩效的主要因素。[结论]护士职业高原对其工作绩效具有一定的预测性,护理管理者如采取有效措施减轻护士职业高原,将有助于提高护士的工作绩效,从而提高护理质量。Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses'career plat- eau and job performance and to analyze their correlation,so as to provide the valuable references for enhancing nurses' job performance. Methods. A total of 382 nurses from four hospitals were investigated by a ques- tionnaire. Results. The average score of nurses' career plateau was 2.92± 0.63,which was in a latent state plateau. The average score of nurses' job performance was 3.36 ±0.62, which was slightly above the middle level. The nurses' career plateau was negatively correlated with job per- formance (P〈 0.01). Nurses ' work experience, job titles, level plateau and centerized plateau were primary factors which predicted nurses' job performance. Conclusion: Nurses' career plateau may predict their job performance. If nursing managers took some effective measures to allevi- ate nurses' career plateau is helpful to improve their job performance, and then to enhance the quality of nursing care.
