摘　　要：目的研究三联疗法联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的效果与安全性。方法选择我院门诊96例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组48例给予常规三联疗法治疗,观察组48例患者在对照组基础上加用复合乳酸菌胶囊。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床效果及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率、Hp阳性消化性溃疡治愈率均明显高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论三联疗法联合复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡后患者临床症状改善快,不良反应少,Hp清除率高,是根治Hp感染的安全有效方法。Objective To study the cure efficacy and safety of joint compound lactobacillus capsules triple therapy of Helicobacter pylori infection pepticulcer. Methods Ninety-six cases pylori-positive peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group of 48 patients treated with conventional triple therapy, the observation group 48 patients based on the control group combined with the composite service lactobacillus capsules. Two groups were compared before and after treatment the clinical effects and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of Hp cure rate of the observation group significantly higher than the control group, adverse reactions of observa- tion group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The joint compound lactobacillus capsules triple therapy treatment pu, improved quickly clinical symptoms, fewer adverse reactions, Hp clearance rate, is safe and effective cure of Hp infection method.
