摘 要:目的了解陕西省临床护士的离职意愿现状。方法通过复杂抽样法随机抽取陕西省的721名临床护士作为研究对象,采用国际广泛认可的离职意愿量表和自制的一般个人情况问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果本研究的问卷有效回收率为90.35%,721名临床护士离职意愿总分为(15.33±3.29)分,指标值为63.88%,离职意愿Ⅲ维度(获得外部工作的可能性)得分最低,为(4.88±1.14)分,不同医院、不同医院等级及不同编制护士离职意愿得分有显著性差异。结论陕西省临床护士的离职意愿整体处于较低的水平,获得外部工作的可能性高,护理管理者应注重对护士进行职业生涯规划,并减少不同编制护士之间的各种差别。Objective To know the present situation of the turnover intention of clinical nurses in Shaanxi Province. Methods Through complex sampling method randomly take 721 clinical nurses as subjects,survey them by using Turnover Intention Questionnaire(TIQ) and Personal information questionnaire. Results In this study, The questionnaire effective recovery rate was 90.35%,The total score of the 721 Clinical nurses'turnover intention was 15.33±3.29,with the index value 63.88%,Among the three dimensions,turnover intention Ⅲ(the chance of getting other jobs) scored 4.88±1.14 and that was the lowest. The difference of hospitals,the difference of hospital levels,and the difference of nurses formation make the different scores of turnover intention. Conclusion The overall level of the clinical nurses' turnover intention in Shaanxi Province was in a low level and the possibility of obtaining external work was high. Managers should pay more attention to the occupation career planning for nurses,meanwhile,reduce the various differences between nurses of different formation.
