摘  要:校外顶岗实习基地建设与土建类"双师型"师资培养工作有机地结合,将会获得"多赢"的良好效果。基于校外顶岗实习基地的土建类"双师型"师资培养措施主要包括:定项目挂职培养、选派访问工程师、派送高级访问学者和吸纳实习基地精英。实践证明,校外顶岗实习基地,既是培养实习生成为优秀高端技术技能型人才的孵化器,也是培养"双师型"师资的孵化器。It can obtain win-win fine results that combine outside-school post practice base building with Civil engineering bi-teacher training. The measures about civil engineering bi-teacher training based on out- side-school post practice base include: training on the fixed service project, selecting visiting engineer, disposition of senior visiting scholar, and inhaling ehtes from post practice base. Practice has proved that the outside-school post practice base is an incubator not only for students to become excellent skilled talents, but also for teachers to become bi-teachers.
