摘　　要：在经济飞速发展的今天,数学作为一切科学的基础,在各个领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章主要从认知心理学的角度,结合本人从事学生管理和数学教学方面的经验,从大学生管理方面研讨如何引导学生学好数学,同时探讨优秀学生的逻辑推理、数学建模和数学思维培养问题。With the rapid development of our country＇s economy, mathematics is the foundation of all science and plays a more and more significant role in all fields. This paper is based on cognitive psychology, combined with mathematics teaching and exploration in student management, discussing how to guide students to learn mathe- matics in the student management. And further discusses the cultivation of outstanding students mathematical ability.
