PTEN在结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测肿瘤抑制基因PTEN在鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法检测50例鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中PTEN的表达,并以30例淋巴结反应性增生组织作为对照组,分析鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中PTEN的表达与不同临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 PTEN在鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达率为32.0%,显著低于淋巴结反应性增生组织中的表达率86.7%(P<0.01)。PTEN的表达与患者年龄、性别、发生部位、临床分期、乳酸脱氢酶水平(LDH)均无相关性(P>0.05),而与Ki-67的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN在鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤组织中低表达,可能与鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展有关。Objective To study the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and its significance in extranodal nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma.MethodsImmunohistochemical staining was used to determine the PTEN protein expression in 50 cases of nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma tissues and in 30 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node tissue as control group, analyze the expression of PTEN in nasal NK/T cell lymphoma and the correlation with clinical and pathological features.Results The positive rate of PTEN in extranodal nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma（32.0%） was significantly lower than that in reactive hyperplasia of lymph node （86.7%,P〈0.01 ）. The expression of PTEN was not correlated with patient＇s age and sex,site, tumor stage and LDH level（P〉0.05）,but was reversely correlated with Ki-67 expression.ConclusionLow expression of PTEN may play an important role on the development of extranodal nasal-type NK/T cell lymphoma.
