摘　　要：党的十八大报告关于"要扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设"的号召为开放大学及其校园文化建设指明了方向.开放大学应根据校园文化建设层次结构深入推进核心价值文化、学术文化、艺术文化、考试文化和网站文化等重点项目建设,并选择其应有的策略.The report to the Eighteenth Nationat Congress tion for the open universities and the campus culture construction. In accordance with the level and structure of campus culture construction, open universities should further such key projects building as core value culture, academic culture, art and culture, examination culture and network culture, and select the relative construction strategies.
