加强京津冀区域高等教育合作 促进高等教育内涵式发展

摘　　要：质量提升是当前我国高等教育改革发展的核心任务,区域高等教育合作是高等教育质量提升的应有之义和有效途径。非均衡发展理论和"配第-克拉克定理"为京津冀区域高等教育合作提供了理论基础,优良的合作传统和巨大的发展空间则是京津冀区域高等教育合作的现实依据。当前应从科学制定发展战略、不断创新合作形式、继续完善合作机制三个方面推动京津冀区域高等教育合作。Quality is the top issue for higher education reform in China, and regional cooperation in higher education is the key to quality improvement. Unbalanced development theory and Petty-Clark theorem have provided theoretical foundation for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperation in higher education. Meanwhile, sotmd cooperative tradition and great potentials also contribute to the cooperation. All in all, we should make effective strategies, design new patterns of cooperation and improve cooperative mechanism to boost the cooperation.
