摘 要:早期的家具试验机采用全气动控制的试验机系统 ,虽然其工作介质清洁 ,动作迅速 ,工作环境适应性好 ,但由于其控制器结构复杂而且庞大 ,阻碍了它的进一步发展 .随着电子技术的发展 ,特别是微电子技术的广泛应用 ,试验机也朝着高精度、高稳定性、微电子化方向迅速发展 .因此 ,取而代之的主流产品以可编程控制器 (PL C)为核心的试验机系统 ,设计方法也就自然地改用PL C顺序控制设计法 .这种设计方法具有简单和通用性强的优点 .The early furniture test machines were the full pneumatic control system.Although the work media were clear and the work steps were quick and they could work anywhere,but their controllers were too complex and large,which prevented its further development. With the wide application of the micro electricity, the test machines with higher accuracy and higher stability. It's no doubt that the PLC test machines would become the main products and the design method should be changed to PLC sequence control design possessing the merit of simplicity and universal application.
