论校风在学校管理中的作用

摘　　要：校风在学校管理中起着不可忽视的作用。校风主要表现为群体规范、舆论和内聚力等，因而它无疑是一个无形的管理者。校风在学校管理中主要发挥约束、激励和制造良好氛围的作用。随着时代的发展，校风在学校管理中还会发挥新的作用，如为学生的自由发展创造空间，增强学生的心理健康和社会适应能力，促使学生养成科学的态度等等。The school spirit in the school management plays an unnegleclable role. The school spirit mainly shows the community norm, the public opinion, the group cohesion cohesion and so on. Therefore it is undoublfully an invisible manager. The school spirit in school management chiefly gives full play to restraining, encouraging and making good atmosphere. With foe development of times, the school spirit still plays foe new role in the school management──for examples: making space for students' free development, strengthening students' health and social adaptation, impeling srudents to develop the scientific attitude and so on.
