摘  要:高职院校与行业企业进行深度产学合作对于实现高职院校学生培养目标具有重要意义。然而高职教育产学合作人才培养模式在实践运行中成效不高、产学合作各方动力不足、产学合作的长效运行机制仍不健全。秦皇岛职业技术学院旅游系以组建秦皇岛市旅游职教集团为契机,在产学合作模式、利益机制等方面进行了探索实践,形成了主体多元的利益共享机制和工学交替的人才培养模式。The in-depth industry-university cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is of great sig- nificance to realize the training goal of higher vocational college students. However, it's not obvious for the effect of the current industry-university cooperation in higher vocational education. Cooperative parties are lack of power, and the long-term operation mechanism of industry-university cooperation is not optimized. Tourism Department of Qinhuangdao Vocational and Technical College took advantage of the opportunity of setting up the Qinhuangdao Tourism Vocational Education Group, explored and practiced the industry-university cooperative mode and benefit mechanism, and formed the muhi-subject interests sharing mode and the working-learning alternation talent training mode.
