摘　　要：[目的]建立一种52%vol五粮液酒鉴定方法。[方法]利用气相色谱技术对45个52%vol五粮液真酒样本进行分析,并建立相应的52%vol五粮液真酒数据库,将被测样本按指定方法进行检测,利用SPSS软件对真酒和被测样本检测结果进行聚类分析后,进行真伪鉴定。[结果]试验对68份被测样品的真伪鉴定准确率超过90%。[结论]该方法可有效地用于距生产日期不超过3个月的52%vol五粮液酒原产地的真伪鉴定。[Objective] To establish a method for the identification of 52% vol Wuliangye liquor.[Method] 45 samples of true 52% vol Wuliangye liquor were analyzed by gas chromatography,and the true 52% vol Wuliangye liquor database was established.The tested samples were measured according to the specialized method,and then cluster analysis was conducted to the measured data of true liquor and the tested sample,then they were identified by using SPSS software.[Result] The identification accuracy of 68 tested samples is beyond 90%.[Conclusion] The method can be effectively used for identified 52% vol Wuliangye liquor which the production date not exceeds 3 months.
