摘　　要：就业指导是实现教育投入与效益产出之间的桥梁,是实现教育回报的重要条件。毕业生就业工作直接关系到高职院校生存、稳定与发展。如何构建和完善高职院校的就业指导服务体系,促进毕业生的就业工作,已成为高等职业教育就业指导迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文从分析目前高职院校就业指导的重要性、现状和存在的问题及原因入手,阐述了高职院校开展就业指导的内容及对策与方法。The employment guidance looks like a bridge between educational investment and the educational benefit. It becomes the important condition to achieve the education returns. Employment of graduates is directly related to the survive, stability and development of higher vocational colleges. How to construct and perfect higher vocational college employment guidance service system and how to promote the employment of graduates have become important subjects. Therefore the papers try to elaborated the content and countermeasures of employment guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges from its importance of employment guidance and its causes of the present situation and question.
