摘  要:对 2 1世纪护理教育的发展趋势进行展望 ,分析目前国内高等护理教育现状及护理师资队伍的构成情况 ,在此基础上 ,提出提高护理教师整体素质的对策 ,即 :制定切实可行的培养计划 ,拓宽知识面 ,提高文化素质 ;在培养方式上采取送出培养与院内培养相结合 ,以点代面的方式 ,积极引进优秀青年教师 。Based on prospects for the trend of nursing education in the 21 st century and analyses of the current situation of higher nursing education and composition of the nursing faculty in China,this article proposes some strategies for raising holistic quality of the nursing faculty,which include:formulation viable training programs to broaden the scope of knowledge and raise cultural quality ;adopting an approach of “from a point to the surface” by combining “out hospital training”and “in hospital training” to raise holistic quality;taking initiative to import outstanding young teachers in a positive way to improve the composition of the nursing workforce.
