摘　　要：针对目前中医科研型研究生的现状,许玲教授提倡"应理论与临床诊疗相结合、科研探索和实践能力并重",并在日常带教中注重临床实践能力的提高、专业基础的夯实,以及科研能力的培养。Based on the current status of research-oriented postgraduate student of Traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Xu views that combination of theory and clinical practice should be emphasized,and scientific research and practical ability should be paid attention.She emphasized that the ability of clinical practice should be improved,professional basic knowledge should be enhanced and scientific research ability should be cultivated in daily teaching work.
