摘　　要：Smad 泛素化调节因子2(Smurf2)属于泛素蛋白水解酶途径中的一种E3泛素连接酶。研究发现Smurf2与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,其在肿瘤中的作用并不单纯依赖于泛素连接酶活性,亦可通过其他方式参与细胞增殖、凋亡、衰老、迁移等过程,从而调控肿瘤的发展。本文就Smurf2与肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor 2 （Smurf2） is a E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in ubiquitin hydrolase pathway. Studies have shown that Smud2 is closely associated with the development and progression of tumor. Its effect on tumor does not simply depend on its ubiquitin ligase activity, but also through other ways involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis, senescence and migration to regulate the development and progression of tumor. This article reviewed the advances in study on relationship between Smurf2 and tumor.
