摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,企业在工业经济时代中的传统组织结构体系已不适应知识经济环境的要求,必须进行组织创新。文中首先回顾了对未来新型企业组织类型的典型观点,进而考察了知识经济时代对企业组织的要求。With the coming of knowledge economy time, traditional organization structure system of corporations, which is typical in industry economy time, will be not fit for the needs of knowledge economic environment, so it is necessary to innovate their organization. This paper firstly examines the meaning and characteristics of knowledge economy, then it suggests the ways of how to realize the innovations of organization from both the internal and external side of corporations in order to content the needs to the corporations organization by the knowledge economy time.
