摘　　要：化学是人们了解世界的基础,是一门中心学科,在高校对非化学专业的学生开设《化学与社会》公共选修课有利于拓宽学生的知识面,提高学生的科学文化素质及环保意识。结合几年的教学实践,文章从教学内容的科学组织与设计、多媒体教学的综合应用以及学生社会责任感的培养三方面提出一些教学改革建议,以提高学生的学习兴趣及课程教学质量。Chemistry is a central subject and the backbone of the understanding of the world. Chemistry and society is a required selective course for the non-chemical specialty in colleges, which is beneficial to widen students＇ knowledge, improve their scientific culture quality and environmental awareness. Based on the teaching practice in the past few years, the paper discusses some suggestions on teaching reform from three aspects--scientific design and organization of teaching content, comprehensive application of multimedia teaching and cultivation of sense of social responsibility, in order to increase the students＂ learning interests and the teaching effect.
